และการทำงานนั้นก็ขัดกับอุดมการณ์ของผม นั่นคืองานที่ทำออกมาไม่จำเป็นต้องพิถีพิถันมากนัก แต่เอาเร็วๆก็พอ ดังนั้นงานนี้จึงไม่สามารถทำให้ผมมีผลงานที่พัฒนาไปในทางบวกได้อย่างเห็นได้ชัด ดังนั้นคงต้องจากลากันตั้งแต่บัดนี้ 555+

และได้ร่างจดหมายไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว

แต่เนื่องจาก manager ของผมเป็นชาวสิงคโปร์ จึงต้องร่างไว้เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ

But I think one reson is probably not rational to out from your company. Another reason is your company has widely company bussiness hierarchy. The promotion or advane in work job is blind. I need to do this routine job every other day forever, it’s suck, you have nothing for me to learn but to use your program that programmed from Singapore. Now I’m disenchant. Your company is nothing it’s like a janitor but no need to clean anything in the real world but it is in the internet, just do as jerk cutomer said and do what they want. And you contact is so cryptic or not obvious and that made me do the overload job, like when I did the introduction page of BAFS you know how many time I need to edited it, they creeping told me and I need to met unsatisfy demand once a time until it’s over, your unobvious contact cause this moral hazard problem, and this problem cause me to edit it once again and again. that spend a lot of time and reduce my efficient.

Another thing is, as you said this is a lot profitable company that made a lot of money for a month but your office is very dirty, computer is pathetic and old, low welfare, overload work, and low paid job without overtime paid, This is exploitation. You are a oversea company you should value on the human resource of our country not like this way you gave them a little paid and said you give more than other bussiness, I think in this field of work, the IT section is paid more than this a lot, at least more than base salary that you offer 30% and a lot more better welfare, and the paid adjusted to the inflation rate that increase all the time at least half a year.

When you were convincing me to do this job, you said I’ll deal with the manager. I haven’t deal with anyone who have higher position than PR or some kind like that. You made me realized that I haven’t feel any little guilt to you, but I have sympathy to other companion that weren’t enlighten from your bastard exploitaion. And I’m so sorry for leaving work on you guys like this.
